About Organo-Consulting

Organo-Consulting is the business entity under which I – Sébastien Mosser – offer my freelance consulting services.

After I completed my PhD in neuroscience at EPFL (Switzerland), I dove into biotech entrepreneurship. I felt a mix of wonder, inspiration and disappointment when discovering the long and complex path from invention to product, then from product to revenue generation. I learned a lot from the failure of my first entrepreneurial adventure about the importance of understanding precise market needs and dynamics. 


These insights have been valuable for the past 8 years working in the NAM deep tech industry. I worked as the chief scientific officer of the brain-on-chip startup Neurix (successful exit) and the MPS company Finnadvance (generating repeated & growing sales), managing R&D and business development simultaneously. I strengthened my business experience with a eMBA degree jointly offered by Helbus (Finland) and Northampton (UK) universities, combining uniting scientific knowledge with business strategy.

In both roles, I conducted market analyses to guide the development of deep tech products, ensuring optimal market fit and strategic brand positioning. I also led collaborations with biotech companies, pharmaceutical firms, and academic laboratories and co-authored 12 scientific publications.
